Been with Shock Hosting for over 2 years now and I haven't any downtime that was not scheduled. Everyone in their support team is friendly and fast on turning around my issue. I really appreciate their time looking into things and they haven't told me "No" or they "don't know". I have had my fair shares of other hosting companies who had no idea what they were doing. Shock Hosting will guarantee to make you satisfied and will help you get your website up at an affordable price. They have more server locations now and I'm glad to see that they are expanding because they started when they only had 1 location. I am hoping to stay as long as their servers continue to stay up.
