Shock Doctor is unprofessional and no customer service when issues arise !
I placed an order for kids protective mouth gear and the storage cases. As my kids needed them quickly I paid an extra $25.00 for "NEXT DAY" delivery. After 6 days 3 unanswered customer service messages I sent, and an unanswered phone call. Shock Doctor finally sent an email with a shipped notice but it was just a prepared shipment. It has not even been sent to the carrier yet. I have requested my "NEXT DAY" fees back several times but Shock Doctor customer service must not exist as I get no responses and no one answers the phones. This seemed like a professional business but their actions tell me the exact opposite. I will not be purchasing from them again and I would caution other buyers before purchasing.
