The rating would have been zero if I could still write this review. This company takes your order and your money. They thank you and tell you your order is ready. Then nothing. I have sent 4 e-mails requesting info including the order number. No further info. This company is terrible. Please do not purchase from this sham company.

All the other negative reviews are true. Somehow I Did not see all the other reviews before ordering. This company is a straight up scam. Ordered cotton shirts received polyester which I cannot wear. Ordered shirts in my size. The sizes that arrived were much smaller than promised. Cannot wear them. They ignore all requests for refunds or returns no matter how many times you contact them through their website or they’re supposed “customer service“ email. I’d have given zero stars, but that is not an option

Don't buy from this company. Not only does arrival take a long time but the shirt I ordered my husband looked like a childs sized shirt. I asked for a return label 3 times and never received it. They are scum. I donated the shirt.

Upon receiving the shirts about six weeks after ordering, I found they don't fit. I even ordered a size larger but no where close to fitting, much too small. The company advertises 30 day returns however they will not respond nor send an authorization after several attempts. TOTAL BS! Do not order from this company!

I've read all the complaints and everyone is true, I think the BBB needs to be notified about this so called business, made in japam

The shirt is of very very low quality and they did not answer when I ask for a return, which they offer on their website. Do not buy there.

They do not return or respond to issues. I was sent the wrong shirt. I wanted to know how they wanted to resolve it. Emails went unanswered. Took way to long to receive order

Don't even bother and order somewhere else. Ordered a month ago, no support, no tracking, no status... What you will receive however is a ton of unwanted emails to buy more.
