Company doesnt send shipping info as stated. Company doesnt respond to emails and doesnt answer the phone. Product never arrived. Seems this is a fraudulent company

I order a lot of custom items online for my event planning business, so I've seen the full spectrum of packaging quality. Some companies just throw your stuff in a random envelope and call it good, while others go completely overboard with unnecessary bells and whistles. Shirtkaya hits the sweet spot perfectly. When my order arrived, everything was thoughtfully packaged in a way that felt premium without being wasteful. Each shirt was individually wrapped in tissue paper, then the whole order came in a sturdy recyclable mailer that clearly protected everything during shipping. But the real star here is the print quality. I ordered shirts with a fairly intricate design featuring small text and detailed graphics the kind of thing that often gets muddy or loses detail in the printing process. Every single element came out perfectly crisp and readable. The fabric quality exceeded my expectations too. These feel like the expensive boutique shirts you'd find at upscale retail stores, not like budget custom printing. The cotton has this really nice weight and drape, and the construction details like the shoulder taping and collar stitching are clearly done with care. Shipping timeline was exactly what they promised – 4 business days via UPS from order to delivery. In my business, reliability is everything, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. I've worked with probably 20 different custom printing companies over the years, and very few manage to nail all the important elements like this. Quality printing, premium materials, professional packaging, and reliable delivery that's a winning combination that keeps customers coming back.

I'll be honest my first experience with this company didn't go perfectly, but the way they handled the situation completely won me over and turned me into a loyal customer. Originally ordered three shirts for a bachelor party but when they arrived the sizing was way off on two of them. The designs looked great, but a Medium that fits like a Small doesn't do anyone any good. I was pretty frustrated since we needed them for the weekend. Called their customer service expecting to get bounced around or told it was my fault somehow, but instead I got connected with someone named Maria who immediately understood the problem and took ownership of fixing it. She didn't make excuses or try to blame the sizing chart just apologized and asked how she could make it right. Within two hours, she had expedited replacements in the correct sizes shipping out via UPS Next Day Air at no extra charge. She even called the next morning to confirm they'd arrived and fit properly. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare these days. The replacement shirts were absolutely perfect – great fit excellent print quality, and the fabric felt much nicer than I expected for the price point. The bachelor party was a huge success, and several guys asked where we got the shirts made. Mistakes happen in any business, but how a company responds to those mistakes tells you everything about their values. These folks clearly prioritize customer satisfaction over protecting their margins, and that's earned my business for life. I've placed four more orders since then, and every single one has been flawless.

I'm pretty rough on my clothes since I work in landscaping, so when I order custom shirts online I expect them to fall apart pretty quickly. But this Shirtkaya tee has been through absolute hell for the past eight months and it's still holding up like a champ. The print hasn't cracked, faded, or peeled even slightly despite being thrown in the wash weekly with dirt, grass stains, and whatever else I pick up during the workday. I don't baby my clothes at all – hot water, regular detergent, high heat in the dryer – and this thing just keeps looking good. What really impressed me was the fabric quality. It's got this perfect thickness where it feels durable but doesn't make you overheat in the summer. The cotton blend breathes really well, which is crucial when you're working outside all day. Even after shrinking slightly in those first few hot washes, the fit is still comfortable and true to what I ordered. Shipping was no-nonsense too. Placed the order Thursday night, arrived the following Tuesday via USPS. Came in a simple but effective mailer that kept everything protected. No fancy packaging, just practical and functional – exactly what I prefer. For what I paid, I honestly expected this to be a throwaway shirt that might last a few months. Instead I got something that's become a regular part of my work rotation. That's real value right there.
