shipx.comReviews of shipx.com

I have been waiting more than two weeks for a package to be delivered by ShipX, it has been sitting for more than a week at a delivery warehouse less than 10 miles from my house. They do not answer the phone during posted hours and their AI agent is pretty useless.

I placed an order that ShipX has failed to update or pick up as the carrier for my products. They have not responded to my support inquiries with tracking number for updates. There is absolutely no way to contact this company, they make it impossible. I've left several voice messages and support messages with no response. My package is still in waiting status to be picked up be carrier (ShipX). Company I purchased from is taking no accountability rather blaming shipping logistics. Both seem to be a scam. Ordered Aug 2nd - Label created on Aug 5th awaiting carrier, delivery was expected Aug 12th. It is now Sept 1st. Being offered no refunds, compensation, replacement, new order, review etc... (UprootClean shipping through ShipX)

This company is the worst shipper in the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED!! They can't find my address so I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I have emailed customer service about it and they're not helping at all. On top of that, they have stopped responding to my emails so I have to open a chargeback now since I'm never getting what I ordered.

Until I placed an order through a company that uses to shipx, I'd never heard of it. 1st order had shipping label generated and status did not change for over a week until replacement order with original company was placed. Now appears both orders will arrive on same day, but who knows. Arrived at destination city, unloaded and reloaded same day. Company where product ordered will get a separate review if order is ever received. Although I do think they need to change shipping companies.
