I was expecting a parcel to be delivered on the projected date of November 26, 2024 as stated on their tracking website. No parcel was delivered and no more updates to when the parcel will be projected to arrive. The last tracking info was "Out for delivery" for November 26, 2024 at 12:06pm. Today is November 27 at 6:15pm, and still no parcel or updates.

Company not really good at shipping, but almost certainly run by chimps. Almost 20 days since my package supposedly left Toronto for Edmonton and no update on the tracker (last entry March 13 "Picked up from the merchant. Departed to Edmonton , It will take 2-4 business days." Sent an e-mail asking for an update on my package 2 days ago and no response. I could have driven to Toronto to pick it up myself in less time.
