The 'merchant' in this transaction ('Endurox Prime') has no physical existence other than ShipOffers' warehouse. ShipOffers provides the product, the label, and the shipping, making them fully complicit in the deception. They have previously been sued in Federal Court for similar acts of counterfeiting and trademark infringement (Miracle Moringa Direct Inc. v. EyeFive, Inc., Case No. 1:2020cv02606).
