Ordered Shine Armor - ( UK London ) Special Bundle ,haven't received my parcel and no response from a staff. Have all the proof of purchase ,and my emails are ignored. Stay away people don't get fooled.

I got an offer on Facebook, 2 bottles free with 2 bottles also a free towel. I liked the offer and paid asap. After payment, I should get an order confirmation, which I didn't and I also didn't get any email or web confirmation for the same. I am trying since last one week to get either order confirmation or refund. They are just keep saying, We will contact fulfill department and will update you asap. I have opened the disput with paypal, will get my refund from them. Stay away from this company, product might be good, but service is third class.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made a purchase for ONE bottle on the 28th of August based on the glowing reviews online. Unfortunately I was charged twice and I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order. First they said it's a mistake and not to worry, the money will be refunded after a few days...it never did!! After exchanging nearly thirty or more emails, still nothing! Tried calling dozens of times with the listed number on their website, always straight to voicemail. If anyone is interested in reading the complete emails thread, please contact me and I'll be happy to forward it to you. my $90 AUD is gone but I hope others would not be scammed by these human garbage. I also hope the authority could see this and take some action cause I have written to the FTC and still waiting... please be aware!

It's now been 10 days no confirmation of product shipping,no reply's to email,messenger or customer support are they still in business?? even care??? I don't know they have even turned off the comment section on the facebook page yet they still beg you to buy the product.With this kind of customer service i don't see how they will survive $97.00 of my hard earned money flushed down the toilet thanks Shine Armor
