Zero honesty. I ordered a few products, it didn't arrive (tracking didn't show any signature). I told them. They said they would send me more bottles but they would NOT extend their customer guarantee on them. This didn't make sense because I haven't even had the chance to try them since I didn't receive those products, so I asked for a refund which they refused. Was then told to "review the site terms" - i.e. BS for not honouring their terms. Have been ordering from many merchants online and on the rare occasion that the product doesn't show up, a refund would be issued. Not in this case - was even told to get a police report and go ask the shipping company (the responsibility is on the company). Really? Zero customer service - will NOT recommend. Do not rely on this company to do the right thing. Super scammy, zero customer focus and very spammy (keeps sending emails and upsells).

First off, the stuff doesn't work. The website is questionable. After you order you will be bombarded with dozens of emails selling you more product. They are money grabbing opportunists that do not honor or process order cancellations. Avoid the headaches and save the pain killers for something that really matters.

I purchased shine armor 3 bottles of scratch remover and it doesn't do anything. waste of money it doesn't work.

I ordered Shine Armor from Amazon: (Order # 112-2766486-7061805) When I received it there was a small card to text "SHINE to 63566", and receive a free bottle of Shine Armor. I did exactly as they asked. It then wanted me to review the product, and cut & paste it into Amazon. I logged into Amazon and did this. I logged out of Amazon and there was no more information on receiving the next bottle free. I tried to call Shine Armor to ask how to proceed. (1-888-358-6336) but no answer after long rings. I emailed Shine Armor and received a reply stating that it was Amazon's responsibility. I called Amazon and told them the complete story. The Amazon customer service person said it seemed like Shine Armor's responsibility and would forward the information to a higher level of support. However, after over a week, I had not heard from Amazon.

Dont bother, they delete your website reviews if less than 5 starts and facebook comments, i tried to be honest by reviewing that the graphene product leaves smear marks all over, which i can only seem to shift with a meguairs detailing spray, which sort of defeats the point of buying shinearmour, i may as well have stuck with a meguairs cermic product. I then tried it on another car, with different behaviours, same issue, smears after application which will not shift. If they had responded to my feedback instead of just deleting it, i would probably have asked for a refund, but they seem to not be interested. During all this time they have spammed me with 69 emails , one titled "Do you believe in magic, buddy?" I'm not your buddy, but i do believe in magic, the only thing i feel was magic during this product experience is the way DHL delivered it, the driver was very polite. On trust pilot, i know i am an honest reviewer and they cannot simply delete my feedback this time around.

Don’t Buy this product, doesn’t work at all. I brought 2 bottles + one free as per the promotion after watching their advertisement. Tried on my new car which had a hairline scratch, it just gave an extra shine but the scratch reflected more. Tried applying it 5 times but still couldn’t get rid of hairline scratch. After 2-3 days the shine fades. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with their false advertisement. I tried to return the products by emailing them because they have 30 days money back guarantee, but haven’t heard anything from them. It’s a rip off. Waste of money and time. Raj

I do not like this product

Its just a scam, i just bought 1 bottle but got charged for so many other products. I tried calling, emailing but no resoinse at all. Should warn everyone about this scam.
