No response from company. Do your phones work? Email?
I ordered $180 worth of tools from this company. First time orders were supposed to come with a 10% discount. I checked out and paid for the items, but the discount was never applied. I called the company and left a voicemail asking how to get this fixed and never got a response. I emailed their customer service and never got a response. I called again and none of the extensions had live people on the other end. Never again. You shouldn't, either
