NEW BUYERS BEWARE-READ FULL RETURN POLICY
I made two separate purchases from Sherpani, and both bags were on sale. They both arrived with a paper stating I could return the bags within 30 days as long as they were still in orignal packaging with all tags attached. The first bag was too small, so I planned to return it. I loved the second bag, but it dropped further in price before I received it, and had another significant price drop after it was delivered. I asked for a price adjustment, but was told by customer service that I would have to return the bag and purchase it again at the lower price. I was in the process of re-ordering the bag when I came across the full return policy on their site stating that items marked down 40% or more are NOT returnable. I immediately cancelled my order and confirmed both bags in my possession were not returnable. Companies are free to make whatever policies they want for their merchandise. What I take issue with is not telling your customers, particularly brand new customers, like me. How easy would it have been to put the word 'final' in front of the word 'sale' on those particular items displayed on the site?
