Shemmassian Academic ConsultingReviews of shemmassianconsulting.com

Knowledgeable and supportive service. My consultants were Jordan, Balaji, and Krystal. They make an amazing team, delivering comprehensive support for both the US and Canadian medical school application processes. Incredibly thankful for their help!

The team at Shemmassian Academic Consulting did a stellar job helping me with medical school secondary applications. What stood out to me most was how encouraging and prompt the support was. (<24 hour turnaround on a long weekend!) They were also very receptive to my opinions and I did not feel disregarded in the very least. As a non-traditional applicant, my support team was also invaluable in refining my various experiences to match them appropriately to essay prompts. One of the most intimidating parts of the process was knowing how best to present myself and my activities. My team helped me carefully highlight the strongest components into concise, cohesive narratives. So thankful for all their time and effort!

I had a wonderful experience with Shemmassian Academic Consulting. Interviews are a key component of the medical school application, and I received great help on my interviewing skills. Dr Shemmassian, Dr Song, and Dr Ripa were all very knowledgeable regarding medical school admissions, gave very timely responses, and offered amazing advice regarding my future interviews. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Shemmassian and his team could not have been more helpful! I reached out when I was extremely stressed about secondaries and they were able to match me with a consultant the very next day. I really felt everyone involved wanted to see me succeed. Not sure I would have survived secondary season without them!

I am very grateful for the interview prep services through Shammassian Academic Consulting. The process helped me to focus my responses, reflect about my many experiences and feel confident on my medical school interview day! Having that expert feedback throughout the entire mock interview was extremely helpful, and was given in a constructive and collaborative manner. Thank you!

I am so happy I chose to work with Shemmassian Academic Consulting for my medical school interview prep. First, Dr. Shemmassian and his team were extremely prompt in scheduling me for a mock interview. I emailed on an extremely short notice, and they were able to fit me in to their schedule, which I was very thankful for. Secondly, the mock interview itself was extremely helpful and boosted my confidence. Before my time with Dr. Ripa, I was very nervous about the MMI format of interviews. However, after my mock session, all my questions were answered and my fears dissipated. Because of the detailed feedback Dr. Ripa provided, I know I will be successful on my actual interview day. I could not recommend this company enough!

At the beginning I knew I needed plenty of work. Stressed, nervous, and doubtful; the Shemmassian team put an amazing effort into helping me improve. Monica (tutor) did such a wonderful job and not only helped me with learning content but was able to be motivating and flexible with many things that popped up this summer. If I could give advice to anyone taking the MCAT, it would be to have the Shemmassian team help you improve in every aspect possible.

My experience with Shemmassian Academic Consulting was wonderful! I not only had the chance to practice for medical school interviews but also gained insight on how to improve in the future! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
