Started of with windows being deliverd . Now in unpacking those windows 1 was in good shape no fins bent looked like a nice window. the rest were bent on the some of the corner fins. I had a sheet metal fin pliers so easy fix. some windows were in bubble wrap one was not. quality control a bit lacked on shipping. Now here is where the whole picture of this company comes into question on customer service. when that order was placed 3 10x24 transom windows were became unavailable. Fine. Called was told that the tempered glass was ordered from China and that the glass would be here on march 30th. They recieved the order no glass on for 10x24 transom windows. Called talked with James they had 2 left in the warehouse. good had 2 of the 3 I needed now 1 left. James said whould you mind having none tempered glass in one window. No problem. Said he would check on the glass get back to me he never did, everyday I would call ask for him staff is he in. Left messages never called back. All he had to do is call back say we can do that or not. NOT HARD remenber customer service with this company is only for there large window buyers not a 73 year old man he could give a rats ass about. I dont right reviews I wrote this for only one reason customer are the reason companies like this stay in business. when we become so unimportant that you cant get a phone call back ---That a internal company problem. Although it took longer than a month for all the gates and fencing to be available, the installation team was right on it. They started on a Friday afternoon, worked until ~7:00 pm and came back the next morning (Saturday) to finish. The powder coated aluminum fence looks beautiful and I have had many compliments on it! Thank you, Raymond Sardella, for taking such good care of me!

Fantastic customer service! They worked with me when some issues came up during the construction process and I needed to make a return.

I ordered 2 windows late at night and then discovered they were the wrong windows. I called right a way and got a message that they were closed. I Unexpectedly received a phone call back from them at 9:00 in the morning. They immediately refunded the price of the windows and shipping. Within 10 minutes I had received the refund on my account. It was nice to deal with a real person let alone one that was so helpful and polite. I will definitely deal with this company again when I ordered the rest of the windows.

Great family run company. Got my items quickly and were well packed. They have all of the hard to find things I needed for my shed and the playhouse I am building.
