Where to start? Well trustpilot don't have a 0 for rating. OK I suppose I have to say the only and I mean the only redeeming thing is that the kit goes together nicely. That's it I bought a 7x5 shed from UK sheds direct and the shed base, which came from via UK Sheds direct from these people. The squares delivered were meant to be layed in a 4x3 configuration, ok you'd think, but having many built sheds where ever I've lived and always layed my own concrete base and built them to be oversized by 5/6 inches either side because if you build to the exact dimensions of your shed you'll be leaving no room for error ie if your shed size doesn't say add an inch either dimension fo the walls. Thought I'd try one of these plastic ones, I prepped the base played a little sand compacted it then a nice bed of pea gravel, got the squares all down and guess what the base is only big enough for the floor, not the walls which over hang the floor, then!!! Then!!! The membrane to stop weed and let moisture drain away etc wasn't wide enough to even going all the way front to back under the squares. I called up amd shed direct said they've a new supplier for the base and membrane side of things and they obviously cut the sheet to differently. 🤔🙄😬 in fairness she was educated enough to be able to read me Number for shed base uk. Called them and that's when it went from going down hill to falling of the edge of a cliff. The receptionist could understand that if there is a gap between th membrane and the edged thw base, that moisture would eventually enter the wood of the base a rot the wood, as well as allowing weeds to grow in to the shed and wreck it. She then said I'll let the boss know. This man couldnt have given a hoot, he said there nothing wrong with it being that short. WTAF!!! He just said cut the excess off, I said what about your video shows that the membrane is a good 8/10 inches beyond the dimension of the base and is rolled up and pea gravel being poured next to it. He said it's the way its cut and the shed manufacturer gave the sizes wrong to his company again wtaf!!! How hard can it be to understand that a 7x5 based shed is 7x5 and a little more for the walls not 4 inches to short. I thought being from the same county as a certain phone company he thought he could get away with the slogan "That'll do." They said we've got loads of satisfied customers, to which I replied "What like all those that said never again on Google and the few on trust pilot. Then there's the shed base itself tongue and groove? Well im guessing that they've never had a girlfriend, as the tongue is meant to fit in the groove. Designed and built by🦧
