Buyer (or leaser) beware (date of experience is ongoing)
If you are looking at getting this for your business....BUYER BEWARE. I have purchased and leased a lot of equipment during my decade in business. This is the only vendor where I was told one thing in a conversation with the salesperson (who happened to be an owner) and later found out that I was tied into an annual agreement. During our sales conversation, I was verbally told I would have a year to evaluate the system and that I could return it. At no point was I informed that my month-to-month arrangement would end after 45 days and would be converted into a 12-month contract. When I purchased - I based it on the verbal conversation. Unlike every other vendor I work with who provides clear terms to sign, this was hidden behind a click at checkout after a long sales call. Current Status & Issues: • Zero ROI: The system has been returned to its original box while $299/month continues to be debited. Support refuses to provide a return shipping label until the end of a "contract" I never signed. • Unreachable: A certified letter sent to their legal office address was returned as undeliverable by USPS. Direct outreach to the owner has gone unanswered. They offer free return shipping, but their official terms reserve the right to charge up to $1,000 in reboxing/packaging fees, leaving me to wonder if I will be hit with that fee despite having the original box. So - just be careful. I hope this helps someone else.
