Responded quickly and was able to help me, even though I built a script that solved what I was looking for myself

Very quick support help

Even though my initial query wasn't resolved, the support was kind, showed they really care about client/user experience and can't wait for the explained features to be available.

The team was very responsive, began chatting within minutes with a team member. He was thorough, informative, and even arranged to follow up with me to make sure all was in working order. Really an example for how plugin companies should function. Highly recommended.

Good Customer Service. Thanks

I purchased WP Carousel to replace my existing plugin because of the great features it offered, but there was one little I couldn't get working right. I raised a ticket, and a couple of hours later reached out to support with a follow question. Turns out the dev team had already prepared a custom code snippet to immediately fix my issue! Very impressed with the product and prompt support.

Hi, Ria Sultana was just amazing. I renewed my pro but my key wasn't working. I was panicking, and up Ria saved the day. She went in and updated everything for me. Now I can tell my client the website is up and running.
