Im very statisfied with WooGallery plugin and also from ShapedPlugin support - they are awesome :)

My support experience was 100% positive. Great products and great people to deal with.

Shaped support were very understanding and helpful.

The free version of "Smart Post Show" plugin already offers a solid set of features (without “tricking” you into a mandatory upgrade)... but for my needs, upgrading to Pro version was worth it. What really stood out, though, was the support from the plugin authors. I was hoping for a specific feature, and they went above and beyond by implementing a custom JavaScript fix tailored exactly for what I needed. That level of support is rare for an "off the shelf" plugin—and is the reason I’m taking the time to write this review.

Fast and responsive support for all inquiries.

Great customer service! They helped me set up the plugin exactly the way I wanted it to look like. Very happy with it overall.

I had a very positive experience with ShapedPlugin and their support team. I needed a specific functionality that was not available in the default version of the plugin. Even though they couldn’t confirm whether it would be included in a future update, they kindly offered to prepare a customized version for me. Within the promised timeframe, they shared a modified version that solved my issue exactly as I requested. The most impressive part was their willingness to create a special version just to ensure one customer’s satisfaction. That level of dedication and professionalism is rare. The customized solution works perfectly on my website, and I can now use the plugin smoothly without any problems. Their communication was clear, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended — not only for the quality of the plugin, but especially for their outstanding customer support.

Very supportive on my questions
