My move was actually 7 hours instead of the 4 hours quoted, which I understand with the wrapping of furniture and heavy furniture. My last move was from a 4 bedroom 4 story house that also took 7 hours. This was also my 6th move with Shamrock. One of the mover remember me from previous move. Victor, Jose and Edwin were my movers from previous moves. They did excellent work and was extremely efficient Wasn’t aware of the additional charges. That’s why I gave 4 stars

Would like to have known they were going to be later than planned. Understand you can’t do anything about traffic, just let us know. When we called the estimator - only number we had - it went to voicemail. The Managing Moves & More ladies and us waited a long time for the drivers to take their lunch break. Maybe they could have done it in shifts - we were only moving a very short distance.

We had a very good experience with the team at Shamrock from contact by phone for information, to the move coordinator, to the excellent team of 7 movers. The movers were professional, thorough, nice to deal with, efficient, accommodating to our needs, and respectful of our furnishings. The only complaint was that we requested the wood floors and carpet be covered and more protected throughout the house. Not enough rolls of covering was provided. However, the moving team was very careful, and it was not their fault that the warehouse didn't include enough to thoroughly protect the floors. We would highly recommend Shamrock and use them in the future.

People working packed items carefully. Transported items and carried items from/to the rooms. However, they missed some areas of the apartment and there was still some remnants of packing material. The patio glass door is no longer opening because they dissembled it but didn’t put the door back properly. I was told that Shamrock will pick up the boxes after I unpack them. Waiting to see if that’s the case.

The movers had to transport a long way to the truck in a limited time. They really hustled. They helped reorganize the furniture when I failed to have them put it in the right place first time. Over snd above . They were on time and polite. Jan

Guys were super professional and worked so hard boxing up my stuff and battling with my stupid spiral staircase. Shamrock is expensive, but worth it. Definitely would use again.
