They sent everything in storage when they weren’t supposed to. We had to put a lot back in the truck.

The packing and move went smoothly. The men worked quickly and efficiently: only issue I had was labeling of boxes was not great. Had asked for it to be precise to make it easier to unpack. They made a few scuff marks on new floors but sent someone out to clean them which I appreciated and a minimum amount of debris such as packing materials on floor. It wasn’t difficult to clean up after they left. They were eager to place furniture where it belonged at new Home and Overall very accommodating

Just had an experience with a Shamrock moving and storage that was almost perfect! The team was super professional and did a fantastic job overall. I was ready to give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, they missed packing the contents of my kitchen drawers and cabinets. By the time I realized, they were already gone. However, they were kind enough to accommodate me when I brought a few items to their storage. Still, several appliances, utensils, pots and pans, a soda maker machine, knives on a butcher block, a juicer, and more were overlooked by both the packers and myself during the final review. They were very efficient. Nice to work with. Didn’t complain when I asked them to take something back down to the garage when they brought it up a lot of stairs. I would have given 5 stars if they would have hung my TVs as they were in the house I moved from.

They are on time, but 1 of the workers is lack of experience and had to make own ideas of how to package. The other 2 workers are experience, quick, and understand what customer needs.

Arrived a little late but movers were friendly and very hard working.
