I am having a bad experience with you. I made a purchase seven days ago and still no one has given me an answer as to why I cannot enter the account with my username

I can’t watch any series, it tells me that I’m not connected to the internet or the I have a bad internet quality. When I checked my internet connection it’s connected and I also checked my network quality it is 33.43 mbps . I tried to call the customer service for 30mins but no one answered

I have failed to install the app on my tablet

Unfortunately, tried as I did it just did not work for me. That, said many of my friends friends do highly recommended it. Sorry.

Never produced the goods very disappointing

Sent a couple of emails for help, never heard back !... what do you expect for my rating? lol
