I'm very happy with the purchase of my Engagement ring and the service that Shaftel was able to provide me. First off, I was a diamond novice and did not know where to begin. Danny took his time and was very patient with me throughout this whole process. He took his time on explaining and answering any questions I had, and trust me, I had plenty to ask. Danny was also able to accommodate last minute changes as per my specifications. He also went the extra mile on trying to find the 'perfect' diamond for me. I'm very appreciative of his efforts. My fiance was very happy with the ring that I picked out (complete surprise) and we will definitely be coming back for future jewelry purchases. I've bought several beautiful pieces here & after seeing another beautiful ring in your showcase, thought I'd bring in old gold & diamonds and have one made similar to it. Talk about STUNNING!
