This person acted insane. They falsify the numbers here as well to twist the truth. They placed their order at 1am on a Sunday morning, we shipped it on the following Tuesday, which is 2 business days, which is what we advertise. Ammo has to ship 'Ground' service due to its hazardous material classification as 'Limited Quantity'. He lives in Washington and We are in Oklahoma and it takes 5 business days to get there, so it was going to get to him the following monday. Without asking any questions, the evening of the tuesday upon which the order was shipped he writes me this email... "Why is your shipping so slow? I placed my order on last Saturday and I won't receive it until next Monday?!! Well I know what I'm going to be doing today. Reviewing your company and every possible website (bbb, ammoseek, etc) and let people know you absolutely lie about "fast" shipping. I hate companies like yours. Communist liars."... Keep in mind I ship 7000 to 10000 orders a week so I see my share of crazies, but this guy's reaction was totally insane, we shipped the order in a timely way, keeping in mind that it was placed Sunday at 1am CST putting thousands of orders from Friday and Saturday ahead of his. Given that he behaved like a mental patient I did recall his order and issue a full refund at my loss on shipping. Not something we do very often but if you act insane I am not going to sell you ammo. Had he behaved like a sane adult who read the big red print on my website and was capable of counting to 2, this would never have been an issue.

This guy was looking on Gunbot which is a dysfunctional directory site that was abandoned by its web developer and shows prices from 2019, deep in the bust. I do not advertise on Gunbot, Gunbot scans my site all on its own and posts whatever it wants to post, and I cannot control when it posts something that is not accurate, has been sold out for 3 years, or shown at prices from that time. His review should be for gunbot advertising incorrectly, not SGAmmo, my website prices are all correct and current.

He could have just asked for a return and called it a factory defect, but the Croatian magazines are a mil-spec mag made on the Yugo pattern and a great product, why they are not working in his gun or in this case I cannot say

I am not sure the details of this case but we take care of our customers within reasonable limits of right and wrong. If you order from us we ship what you ordered correct and complete 99.999% of the time, and ship it out within within 1 to 2 business days. IF you are that 1 in 100,000 that gets the an order with a mistake we validate the claim with a few checks to rule out honest confusion and correct it if we made a mistake.

I do not recall this case, but we GPS trace where packages are delivered when the customer claims they do not get it, and it sounds like this GPS pinned at his house. Usually when this happens its a family member taking the package in and not saying anything about it, creating honest confusion, but there is no way the package was not delivered to his house if the GPS pins the scan at his property

It sounds like this guy had a problem filling out the checkout form correctly or completely and the product sold out while he was trying to order. Really nothing I can do about this. In July 2020 the market was crazy and 100 cases of ammo could sell out in 5 minutes upon listing, so this sort of thing happened more frequently then. Not a common problem these days as the market is more in the middle ground than up or down

No real details given. We ship 7000 to 10000 orders a week, even more in 2020 and 2021, and overall there are extremely few valid complaints against us because we do what we are supposed to do, with no time to play games with people. We offer a straight forward exchange for the agreed upon product at the agreed upon price, based on what is in the order form and the price quoted in checkout.
