Age discrimination
After applying twice to this, I realize that they are basing their decision off of not only my social media, but my ID. My ID has my age on it, and I feel like they automatically disqualify me based on the fact that I’m in my mid to upper 40s. Some may say that this isn’t true but when you look at the older MILF category most of those women look like they’re in their 30s. The only older ladies on there got in a long time ago. I’ve been making solid money at this for a year and a half and I have plenty of sites but they refuse all of them. They will take a 21-year-old with barely any experience just based on age and looks. It’s illegal to discriminate based on age when it comes to a job, but these characters don’t care. There are plenty of other better sites anyway.
