Bad customer service. After almost 2 months I didn’t receive Sychil 7. I paid for the postal costs and for a yearly subscription. For every order I need to send several e-mails before I even get any response. As soon as I’ve received Sychil 7 I will never, never place any order with them. An untrustworthy company!
