BEWARE!!!! Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a dress 4/21 paid $186.00 to have it expedited. No dress, no reply email from the one I sent 2 weeks ago. Live chat says they’re away. I looked up the address it’s a crappy building on a street corner somewhere in the UK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Pretty sure my money is gone and I will never receive the dress. SCAM!!!!

HORRIBLE. I was promised my daughter's dress would arrive by 4/26 and even paid expedited shipping in case of a delay. It is MAY 9th and her senior ball is next weekend and it is still PROCESSING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Their solution? IF I keep the dress, whenever it arrives, they give me 15% off my NEXT order. AWFUL.

Ordered a dress on 24th April, payment was taken but no confirmation email of the order. Always take a screenshot!! I sent an email but did not get any reply for 7 days saying the order was being processed. Still waiting for the dress which I am told is "still being processed" over 21 days later after being told it would only take 7-14 days to process the order. Not confident the order will arrive.......
