Damon listened and acted to ensure my site was switched to Setrahost malware free and back online. He went the extra-mile to sort it all out to my specifications. What I particularly liked, was ONE person helped me, not myriad tech-help consultants (like at my other host) who could not focus for long as they were servicing multiple customers at once! Setrahost has been so amazing, and it's been a breath of fresh air. I was with Bluehost for years and only had problem after problem with them. All of my websites were hacked and they tried made me pay a massive amount of money to clean everything. Setrahost did it all for free, and have been so good to work with since. I was with my last hosting company for 20 years and their support was abysmal but hackers had trashed the files in my account and I knew switching would be difficult. But after some minor login issues were quickly solved by Setrahost support, everything has been smooth with no problems at all.

Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Before switching to SetraHost, I was with Bluehost for a number of years and that was a hot mess! I made the switch to SetraHost almost a year ago and support has been fantastic! The migration of my website was extremely smooth and I faced minimal downtime, barely any! If there are any issues, SetraHost support posts regularly to keep their customers informed. Honest communication--that makes all the difference. Plus, their rates are extremely fair. Can't thank them enough!
