These people are scammers
These people are scammers. They fraudulently obtained my phone number from another company, pretending to be same company and stole information from my website. They will steal information from your website. BEWARE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!! NO, IT IS DEFINITELY THE RIGHT COMPANY. YOU GUYS WENT INTO MY GODADDY ACCOUNT AND STOPPED THE SECURITY TO MY WEBSITES. I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY WEBSITES FOR THREE DAYS. THEY WERE LITERALLY GONE! YOU WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAD ACCESS. I GAVE YOU ACCESS BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO WORK WITH YOU. I HAD TO PAY GODADDY TO MAKE THE WEBSITES LIVE AGAIN. SO, THERE IS NO MISTAKE. Please don’t try to patronize me. Do not GASLIGHT me. I DID NOT CONTACT ANY OTHER company apart from you. Godaddy is my hosting company and YOU WERE THE ONLY ONES I GAVE ACCESS TO. You told me you could not work with me so THERE WAS NO REASON TO GO TO MY ACCOUNT AS YOU DID. NO REASON AT ALL!!! WHAT WERE YOU DOING WITH MY Websites after You SPECIFICALLY told me that I couldn’t afford your services? Please don’t come here and lie. Why did you use the access I gave you and mess up my security?

Hi Ayo, We left you a voicemail and just sent a follow up email. It's possible one of the many other companies you contacted made changes in your GoDaddy account. We however can confirm that none of our team members made any changes - we simply logged in at your request to review your websites to see if they were something we could manage. We did not change any settings, turn anything off, or touch anything. You can contact GoDaddy to confirm this for yourself. They can review your account's activity logs and confirm that we did not adjust or change anything in your GoDaddy account. As a courtesy, we're happy to review, fix, or advise a solution. However, we found your contact info in our Lead records as it appears you contacted us on March 28th, 2025. You spoke with one of our reps wanting to know if we could manage your psychprovider.com and rogoconnection.com websites. Upon initial review, we told you we'd likely not be able to manage your websites. You then offered to share GoDaddy access so we could review what your websites were built with. We briefly reviewed your sites' custom coding and determined we would not be able to manage your sites. However, that's all we did - a simple and brief review. We can confirm with full certainty that we did not touch any settings; we did not call you or pose as someone else (you contacted us). We did not steal any information, remove access, or do any of the things you're describing. You can also confirm this yourself by contacting GoDaddy as they will have activity logs for your account - they too will confirm no action by our account besides one login on 3/28/25. We encourage you to contact GoDaddy to confirm as well. We kindly ask that you remove your review since the issues described were not caused by our team. We're sorry to hear about the recent issues.
