I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm and would gladly return. The absolute highlight of the trip was the staff. From reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was fantastic—genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made the holiday special. A few practical points worth noting for future guests around the pool and facilities: • Sunbeds: Finding a lounger was quite a daily challenge. Even though the hotel has a 15-minute reservation rule, many guests ignored it and left towels unattended for hours without staff intervention. • Pool Dress Code: It is worth being aware of the pool rules. Full burkinis are banned, though general modest swimwear is permitted. • Buffet Dining: There was plenty of food on offer at the open buffet, but dietary labeling was very limited. As a vegetarian/vegan, it was difficult to tell what was suitable without constantly checking with staff, so clearer signage would be a big improvement. Overall, it is a brilliant hotel with standout service. Highly recommended, and a massive thank you to the wonderful team for taking such great care of us!

Ha sido la peor experiencia de nuestra vida, cuando llegamos a la habitación en agosto era un horno porque ni se molestaron en poner el aire acondicionado, pero lo peor no fue eso sino la horrorosa e inconcebible suciedad que había en el cuarto de baño, cama y todo en general, no se molestaron ni en limpiarla mientras bajamos a comer esperando que a la vuelta todo estuviese mejor y limpio después de hablar con dirección y tras caso omiso decidimos hablar y enviar muchas fotografías a la central, ellos son los únicos que nos hicieron un poco de caso y a las 15:00 h del día siguiente nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero también nos dijeron que podríamos salir más tarde de las 12 por todo lo ocurrido el día anterior y no fue así, un atraco y una tomadura de pelo absoluta. No debería tener ni 2 estrellas. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Hotel diplomatic Benidorm. Servigroup. No ponen el aire acondicionado hasta el verano, a pesar de que en Benidorm en abril se alcanzaron los 29 y 30 grados. En la habitación daba el sol todo el día y no se podía estar, el hotel entero parecía una sauna. En el interior del hotel había un termómetro de marcada por la noche 29 grados. Nos quejamos en recepción y no nos cambiaron la habitación. En teoría es un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior, pero no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Aunque su web dice que tiene climatización, te cueces en el hotel.
