Service manuals from servicemanuals.netReviews of servicemanuals.net

I was having a hard time finding a service manual for a Whirlpool/Kenmore dishwasher. Whirlpool made dishwashers with the model number 665.XXXXXXX for decades. Finding the correct manual is a challenge as there are dozens of model changes. The initial manual I downloaded, that corresponded to my model number, was the incorrect manual. I emailed customer service and Joe responded within the hour. He said he would look in to it and he did! He forwarded a download link for the correct model manual after doing his own research to match the Whirlpool and Kenmore products. The manual is for a Whirlpool with a different model number, BUT it is the exact service manual for this Kenmore Elite dishwasher. This is truly exceptional customer service in the days of "our system is down", "sorry, we can't help you" or pure silence. Thanks Joe!!

Smooth transaction. Ordered a Samsung manual for my refrigerator and received it immediately.

Took care of finding the info in a very timely manor and did not charge me.I have ordered manuals before from them and the recognized me as a good customer and helped with this one. Just like a good business should like the old days. Will do business with them again!!

I needed a service manual that had wiring schematics and a troubleshooting chart for my whirlpool wfw5620hw and www.service manuals.net had exactly what I needed to troubleshoot and repair myself my washing machine. Would definitely recommend for appliance repair manuals!
