Service King Collision Repair CentersReviews of serviceking.com

They steal and replace parts. They downgraded my system to 2017 parts, and my truck is a 2021 Nissan Armada. Whoever is driving one has my original factory parts. They had and have zero remorse; the shop manager, J, laughed, and he knew. They are now under Crash Champions. I hate that I ever had to experience them. I am a good driver, and I am still an accident-free driver! My vehicle has never been in an accident; I have had it for only five freaking months. I took it in for a high-up cosmetic scratch only ROOF RAIL. They steal parts. They took my 2021 camera that was factory-installed on my 2021 Nissan Armada, and they swapped my factory grille and camera for a 2017 version. Telling Lady Randi C was useless. READ CAREFULLY TO ALL WHO HAVE LUXURY VEHICLES: they can AND DO tamper with and hide the codes, that is what they do so the light does not show on your dash. READ CAREFULLY. They break down vehicles after hours, off the clock, after closing, and the shop goes by what they sent me photos of the next day when they were working on it. They work on it for themselves to steal, then they take photos strictly for on-clock time TO TRY TO COVER UP NOTHING HAPPEN. They think no one has the necessary skills to see this. My seat belts for me and my three children are not working right. What if we have an accident and the airbags do not deploy? I am headed straight to court, and someone will pay. These are all crimes. When they do not call WITH UPDATES GO SHOW UP CATCH A RIDE, I LIVED IN ANOTHER COUNTY AND THEY USED THSI AGAINST ME,I TRUSTED THAT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY VEHICLE BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION I DROPPED IT OFF IN, GIRL SAID WE HAVE TO CHECK SUSPENSION I SAID WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN IN A ACCIDENT, GUESS WHAT I AM ROCKING AND SWAYING LIKE CRAZY, STRUTS. BUT GOD SAW YOU AND I KNOW MY VEHICLE please do not leave your vehicle there by itself EVERYDAY. Demand a scan before; they did mine after and during. CALLING IT A PRESCAN, ALL OF THEY SCANS SHOW CLEARLYWHAT THEY WAS IN THE PROCESS OF, Literally, someone who works here has a Nissan Armada—a 2017 or older—and they stole off mine and swapped it. My front factory grille was swapped for theirs, and my 360-degree camera, which was factory-equipped, was stolen. LEFT ME WITH A 2017 ;LANE DEPARTURE WHEN MINE DID NOT COME ON AUTO IN 2021, BY ITSELF THATS WHAT MADE ME NOTICE WHY IS THIS ON????They think they have gotten away with it. News has to be made. This is not a joke; I am not just a mad customer just because. I just got my vehicle, which is only five months old to me, and they stripped it. They are now Crash Champions; they acquired this location on Stateline. They take off factory parts and put on aftermarket parts. They had no business swapping anything on mine, as I was not in an accident; it was a cosmetic job only. Report to the FTC, do not let them get away with it, and follow through with lawyers. They will keep denying it. Go pay for your own diagnostics; they edited, updated, and withheld ADAS scans like I cannot get them anywhere else in the world. I could go on and on. The Feds need to step in. I am going to court. We put our trust in these people. Go take your vehicles to the dealer repair shops, especially even if you have a collision—the ones that will not intently alter people's stuff, no matter what color. They must hate Black people, but it is mine, and they had zero rights to steal off my vehicle. Downgrading safety components without your explicit, written consent—and masking the failure by turning off features—crosses the line from a bad repair into criminal fraud and reckless endangerment. If you plan to use this text for a official legal document, a consumer complaint, or a review website, let me know. I can help you format it into a formal demand letter, organize the evidence for a small claims court filing, or draft a concise report for the FTC.

They use cheap parts, and don't properly check alignment of body panels. My replaced tail light cover started turning a hazy light blue color, then completely fell off the car after a few years of use. The trunk of my car has been rubbing on the new bumper and has done lots of paint damage. They also didn't give me a lamp for my trunk, and used a bulb socket that is a different spec from original, leading me to waste lots of time and $$ finding a replacement that works. Of course my first email request for further repairs goes ignored. Now that they rebranded from a merger, I'm not even sure if I can file a warranty claim for my broken-again tail light.

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

This is an edited/revised review of Crash King. This morning I received outstanding support when they worked to overcome computer issues and performed an intake with me on the spot. I have every confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. I'll comment again once my vehicle is repaired.

These people at the 450 fm1960 Humble location destroyed my car. The interior has black sticky stuff on my cloth seats, they scratched the inside of my door, broke an interior panel off and left it in the floor board. The exterior looks better than it did after my collision, barely The new paint was sprayed on so thick that it is bumpy and textured, chipped in several places, and there was trash left in my car. These crooks charged me to replace my damaged tail light assembly, and they put the broken one back on. Go anywhere else.

Had a great experience here (San Marcos, TX - I-35 South shop) once before so I came back. This time I dealt with a rude employee who told me that insurance adjusters take too long to get back to him. I had the estimate from Amica in-hand with the contact info for the adjuster. I asked the man if he wanted the business and he handed me back the paperwork and said, "Good luck." I DO NOT recommend this shop. I went to another shop and the $2,100 repair is complete.
