its a scam dont buy it, it only works in 1 plr games they dont have anything bigger they banned me from the server cause i told someone to not buy right now cuz its trash, the support is very bad and rude if u get blacklisted theres no coming back ever they never give second chances my friend got blacklisted for spawning cars in the game, its so limited you can not have fun with it at all like the point of serversides are to have fun with them bruh not to blacklist u for anything, they will probably blacklist me after this

I can assure you that we have HUNDREDS of games to use Nova on ranging from 0-1K+ Players, perhaps you're a free plan and limited to only some games? We just need more info to assist you.
Also regarding our support, we have absolutely AMAZING support. As well as 80% of blacklisted / banned users get Nova access right back after appealing once they acknowledge what they did wrong.

So first off their staff are not helpful at all, their games are always dead, you cant even join them. They literally self promote theirselves from their staff members. Worst choice ever, and their website doesn't have good stability.
Player counts? 50 max
They advertise big player counts in their community server
Staff team? full of unfunny people that are rude
no hate to them but they are literally too rude

I can assure you that we have HUNDREDS of games to use Nova on ranging from 0-1K+ Players, perhaps you're a free plan and limited to only some games? We just need more info to assist you.
Also regarding our player counts, currently our biggest game is limited to "Enhanced" with 1K+ players at times. Basic is limited to 125 players. I'm assuming you're speaking about the free plan? Since free games often peak to around 50 players on average. You'll have to purchase a license to get more out of Nova.

Worst Roblox Serverside (my Experience)
Ima start this review saying they falsely take away your access (happened to my friend not to me), they lie about games, it's a bad experience over all. Such a bad serverside. First off, their web interface is pretty copied from what I've seen, they have no inspiration and use ChatGPT for it. Second, there is 400 games right? But guess what, all of them have a single player. You can't even launch the games, you get errors on roblox because the games only have one player and the player leaves while you try joining. They have dead games, barely any scripts in their hub, and no stability what so ever.
Not to include the fact their entire team is unfair and they blacklisted my friend for attempting to run a require which didn't even have his username, because he meant to paste something else in the code box with me on screenshare but he accidently ran it quick. The support team is also unfriendly and never assists you how they claim they would. They call you slurs too, and are racist.
Worst roblox serverside you could get. Do not trust these people's five star reviews, they literally told us in their community server that they will pay us if we leave good reviews, but i'm here to let everyone know how Nova really is. Even tho it's cheap, 10$ and $20 for enhanced, it's trash. The team should really take my review in consideration, and improve their service.
And the owners also banned another of my friend when he tried getting access because Nova used to have their games sent on their community server before so they mitigated everyone almost and gave them keys, but guess what, my friend got banned and never received a key. I really suggest something else, as all the reviews you find on here are mostly paid for or given advantage when left. I already got enough money and I can say it's a waste of money paying for this.

We’re going to address this review clearly, because a lot of the claims here are either misunderstandings or completely false.
First, regarding “false access removal” and your friend being blacklisted: Nova does **not** revoke access randomly. As outlined in our policy, executing unauthorized or unsafe scripts (including abusive *require* calls such as server destroyers etc.) falls under abusive or unsafe usage and can result in a permanent blacklist. Intent (e.g. “it was an accident”) does not change the fact that the action itself violates our guidelines, especially under our zero-tolerance enforcement.
Second, the claim about games being “unjoinable” or “dead” is misleading. Our system does not control Roblox player counts or whether a player leaves while you are joining. These are Roblox-side conditions. We provide access to games, not guaranteed player populations at all times, you can have a higher chance of the server being populated by using our manual server list joiner on a bigger game.
The statement about our interface being “copied” or “made with ChatGPT” is irrelevant and not tied to the quality or functionality of the service.
Accusations that our staff are “racist,” use slurs, or are abusive are extremely serious, and completely false. We have strict internal conduct standards. If there were real evidence, it would be handled immediately. Spreading claims like this without proof is irresponsible.
We also want to be very clear: we do not pay for reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback. That claim is entirely untrue.
As for support, we cannot control how random community members in Discord respond. That is exactly why we provide official support channels. If you actually need help, you should contact us directly via [email protected] or open a support ticket so staff can properly assist you.
We are always open to real, constructive feedback, but this review does not accurately represent how Nova operates.
And as well, you can ALWAYS appeal your blacklist directly in our site. Most likely, if you DID submit an appeal, you would be unblacklisted as our staff is very lenient and nice with appeals.
And please don't lie about our games, you can view our game-proof channel in our discord server to see accurate readings, im assuming you're a free user as you only see single player games. Our enhanced plan has games from 200-1K+ players. Please don't lie about our service.

This ss was already bad in terms of games, but they all fuhed up in the recent updates that no one wanted. shit games, no one cares abt the basic plan the fun scripts r locked behind premium which previously were in the basic plan. shit tos for how little you can do with this. Just over glazed and pretty much a shitside.

A few things to clarify: the recent updates were made to improve stability, performance, and add new features based on community feedback. We understand not every change will be everyone's favorite, but the goal is to make the platform better overall.
Also, the basic plan is intentionally limited so people can try the service before deciding if they want the additional features included in premium. Many scripts and tools are still available without upgrading.
