So lucky to have found this company to order a part from. Working with Jasmine was a pleasure! She kept in constant contact regarding my purchase. When the shipping company made an error, she immediately sent a replacement that got here within 2 days. The part has been installed and functions perfectly. I will keep this in mind for the next time we need something.

It was a surprise to actually receive, what felt like, a personal touch, from Jasmine, with my order. I received my product, on time, and well protected by its packaging. I had issues getting my system to see the new memory stick. However, those issues were all my problems with a defective NVME/SATA docking station. Jasmine fielded my email question quickly and I was able to get my system working correctly with the new memory module and all is working great.
