After the order was placed
After the order was placed, I got an email saying the order may be delayed: If I needed the drives immediately, I could've opt for a refurbished drive or wait for the new drives. I chose to wait. The drive came in much sooner than I was told.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
GREAT selection, GREAT prices, GREAT communication, and EXCELLENT shipping!!! I honestly was not expecting them to get it to me so quick, nor did I ask them to, but sure enough, when I opened the tracking I was shocked to see it was arriving in a matter of days from all the way a crossed the country.
