Chris Lee was very helpful in finding out why my order had not been processed. Actually, it had already been pulled and shipped, but the order page had not been updated. Something they may want to look into. Thanks again Chris for taking care of this!

The item works great and got my computer up and going again! Very happy about that. They only thing I am not happy with was that it was mailed via USPS. I was supposed to get it on a Saturday, and it didn't show up, then on Monday I went to the Post office, and they had delivered it to my house. Not your fault but UPS would have been a better choice.

Chris is doing a great job replacing a unit that failed. I appreciate him resolving the issue in a timely matter. Mary

Initial shipment was to the wrong address, after this being brought to the attention of folks, they were quick to send replacement power supply. All told, maybe 4 days later than initial arrival date, happy they were quick to act, i was initially a bit terse with them, assuming a scam, however pleased to find myself wrong. THANK YOU!!

We received our order at our destination. There was some confusion with the Customs process which had us a bit lost in the process. We were able to clear that ip in a couple of days after sending some documents and paying Custom fees we were not aware of before. All in all, it worked out. I will order with Server link again!

Price for the part was good, however, the cost to ship it was way high. Asked for NDA and the cost was as if I got it NDA, but was nearly a week to get it or more.
