My search of the website returned an HDD which did not match my search. I did not catch the error. As result I had to return three HDDs with a 25% loss due to your restocking fee.

I placed an order for a monitor $77 after coupon (invoice to prove). When they emailed me to confirm the order they asked me if I wanted the cables which I said yes to. I thought that was going to be it until they emailed me again almost in a "by the way" manner, to confirm my order would in fact be $450. I said if it goes up that high for cables I'll supply my own. They responded that the monitor I ordered was tested broken but they had another one that would cost $450. So 3 emails in to tell me they supposedly couldn't sell me the monitor I ordered. I could get an identical in spec NIB monitor off ebay for that price right now. Edit: They cancelled my order and the money was not taken from my account.

Item showed in stock on their website but after a week they canceled my order as no stock. Irritating as I was expecting the delivery of the item in a week not a cancellation notice!

I purchased a Cisco switch from this website. Nowhere on the website did it say the item was refurbished. I went back just to make certain. However, a refurbished unit is what I received. This is a familiar tactic by unscrupulous sellers, they bait you with great pricing while omitting that the item is going to be refurbished. Stay away!

The Ruckus ZF 7372 that I purchased were not clean and oxidized to yellow color, despite the email confirmation prior to the sales that they were clean and not oxidized. I guess the sales is more important than the seller's credibility
