They did not ship new
Vendor took care of this and gave me full credit for the order. They did not ship new, said they had 2 stock and dropped shipped one renewed from another vendor, said it was good product and offered a discount. I am reselling to a distributor and cannot not take refurb or renew as specified in my emails. terrible vendor, and will not issue a label to return the renew part. it's ridiculous.
