Server Blink did a great job, overall, with my recent order for an enterprise SSD. As usual these days, there is a LOT of misadvertising, mislabeling of products, and a general seemingly lazy attitude towards accuracy of presentation, and Server Blink is guilty of this as well. Shortly AFTER I ordered the drive, a rep emailed me to tell me the drive is used (refurb), which should have clearly been spelled out in the item description but wasn't. Luckily, after I expressed my displeasure, the rep turned things around and I was sent a newer drive (still used) at a larger capacity. The larger size of the drive is irrelevant to my usage, but the shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Overall, I'm 95% satisfied, which is 5 stars in my book.

We received our item quickly and were kept informed throughout the ordering and shipping process by our Account Manager Jasmine. When there was a question about some product details, she also reached out to verify we would be receiving what we expected before the order was processed.
