Bait and switch practices, do not buy. Ordered some DDR4 sticks from these guys a few days ago. I understand the market is hot for RAM, but they seemed to offer a good deal. The next day, I get an email from a sales rep telling me they only have stock in a different warehouse, and the price jumped from $137/stick to a "super discounted" $395/stick. Sales rep (Ben) attempted to employ high pressure sales tactics to "adjust" the invoice. Despite claiming the inventory is out of stock, the listing page still shows as in stock and lets buyers complete a flow. This is a classic "bait and switch", which is classified as fraud. Avoid this company.

Sorry for the experience. The stock at the listed price sold out quickly. With the RAM and SSD market fluctuating heavily these days, replacement cost can change fast. When we checked other warehouse and supplier inventory to try and fulfil your order, the only available stock was at a much higher cost, which is why the updated price was shared along with the option to cancel. There was no intent to mislead, and we are working on improving inventory updates on the site. We understand the frustration and appreciate the feedback.

I purchased some SSDs from Server Blink. Later that day I got an email from an account manager informing me they would not be fulfilling my order but would give me the option to purchase the same item at a 138% markup. The item that was originally sold at $145.62 and they raised the price to $345.62, exactly $200 higher. I strongly suspect this company has no warehouse or stock and simply resells items from other retailers and/or eBay. This means their prices get out of date compared to the market requiring them to back out of sales and increase prices. Update: After posting this review, the company emailed me admitting that they do not keep their website prices or conditions up to date and that I should have called them before ordering to get the 'real' price. They also asked me to change this review to a positive one in exchange for a discount on a future order. I stand by my original assessment: this is a bait-and-switch operation.

Sorry for the frustration. The stock we had at that price sold out right around the time your order came in. We checked with our suppliers to try to fulfil it, but the only available inventory was at a much higher cost, we reached out with the updated pricing and gave you the option to cancel. We completely understand how disappointing that is and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I ordered some RAM for my computer in which I was charged for it. A few days later I received an email stating they sold my RAM to someone else and had to cancel the order. I was given no substitute or discount for different RAM. I would stay away from this company.

Order a part, they contacted me saying that part was out of stock and offered another part. It was lost by FedEx twice. Seem like a scam company.

Hi, sorry for the frustration. After offering an alternative part, both replacement shipments were handed to FedEx but were never scanned and ended up lost, which is very unusual. We issued a full refund. We have since spoken with FedEx support and updated our internal process so our logistics team now confirms every package is scanned at pick up to help make sure this doesn’t happen again. I do not know where all the positive comments come from but this place is a mess and I would NEVER recommend them- EVER!! I placed an order for a M.2 SSD - after 2 days I check the status, 2 days after I sent a request asking for a status I get told the item was out of stock and a link to DOUBLE the price item was given. There are other like items with closer cost to the one in my order that were not used to fill the order or offered, just told me to place a order for twice the cost. I canceled my order, (took me yet another day to get support to do this) so now we are at 5 days of nothing. Placed a new order for one of the like units I found, again 3 days later I am told they are out of stock and a link to that same DOUBLE THE COST item given and told, just go make a new order. Really, here we are, almost 2 weeks in and two orders for two different parts are "sold out". What a poor company shopping experience to have sold two different units that are out of stock. In 2026 I cannot believe any shopping cart experience to be this horrible. Support not willing to offer a like reasonable substitution is disappointing and ever so alarming they did it TWICE. No idea how people have anything good to say about this outfit.

After vising the site, a support chat popped up with the option to ask for a better price. The customer support came back with a link to the exact same page I was already on but told me the price was 10$ more. Reloading the page now not only revealed a 10$ higher "discounted" rate, but also a 5$ higher "original" price. The agent also mentioned the "old" price was for a broken used unit, and the "new" price is for a refurbished one. None of this is mentioned anywhere on the product page. From my point of view, this is a scam. Be cautious!
