i needed help getting my Ark Remote and Launcher set up and working and Matt walked me through it all, with tremendous understanding and patience. The new services make it so much easier to make changes to my server to improve my gameplay experience. I've used this service for about 8 months and, clearly, I made a good choice.

The service was great, they handled all issues professionally and quickly, even my low priority ones. Their charts were a bit wonky and not very useful for single CPU services, and their servers are probably better for multiple CPU products, but all in all they did a great job.

I couldn't ask for a better host! I switched to Hostaspace from another host (which i won't mention) and could not be happier. Hostaspace is on point with getting back to me on any ticket i submit in a timely manner, and helpful to the highest degree. They are extremely kind and courteous with every reply. I haven't run into a problem they weren't able to fix. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new host!

High quality customer service that is fast, professional and helpful. Fair, competitive prices. Easy-to-use control panel (TCAdmin) that gives full access to the config files of your server. If they offer a game you're interested in hosting, they are a solid choice. What made me switch to them: I submitted a Medium priority ticket to their Pre-sales department asking a few questions about the config options of their control panel, while at the same time I had a High priority ticket in queue with the service I was currently with for an issue. HostASpace replied to me, someone who was not a customer yet, faster than my own service where I was a customer, to a lower priority ticket. I switched the same day and have had no regrets.

I have bought server hosting from these guys, when inquiring about buying the server at 2. AM in the morning on a saturday, I got an instant response, and it has almost been that way every time i've had questions/issues. Quite impressive - Their director Marek usually goes the extra mile to help other people which means a lot. They're always ready to help regardless of what day/hour your problems occur. I've even learned alot about hosting, enough so that I can properly run the server without the aid of Hostaspace support. 5 stars!
