Quick and easy set up

For the time I used this service it was solid. Zero down time, fast updates, quick restarts and connection was more than perfect or optimal for myself and friends. The price range is great too for those on a budget and even better if you are looking to get a server for just friends.

I have been a customer of ServerBlend for 3 months now and I run a 5 map cluster of unofficial Ark servers. The servers themselves offer excellent performance, plus additional options for those that wish for even more. With player load and 17 mods my servers run with virtually no lag or issues, yet when I do have the occasional issue, contacting support is not a huge headache like other hosting services I have tried, With ServerBlend I usually receive a response within 1/2 an hour and they always go above and beyond to try to solve my issues. As if that wasn't enough, they offer an in-house made Discord bot to help you manage your servers from a mobile device! In closing, their price point in comparison to other services I have tried is below average and the service and options are far better. Stop reading this and go get a server! 10/10!

Service is pretty good. Have had a few server crashes but thats to be expected of almost any service. From what I've seen personally, the founder of ServerBlend takes customer service so seriously that he's been the one to answer most, if not all of, my help tickets. Seems pretty dedicated.

Excellent service, support and very knowledgeable staff. Always able to assist any game hosting issues and they respond very quickly to tickets.

I rented a server for space engineers,but due to the game still being in Early Access I was experiencing game performance issues (At no fault of the server itself) and as such my friends and I decided it would be better to wait until the game is in a more stable place before committing to a full play through (I definitely be coming back when that happens). I was issued a refund quickly and with practically no questions asked. The setup was quick and easy and I can't say enough kind words about your customer service. I'd recommend ServerBlend to anyone who looking to rent a server.

It at first took me a little bit to get the gist of running the server/all the ups and downs to it. I've had bad experiences with technical support in the past, but was pleasantly surprised with the customer service received by ServerBlend (specifically Marek the rep that worked with me). Not only were the responses to my problems extremely quick (within a few hours often less), but they gave me detailed information without sounding condescending or like they were constantly trying to up-sell to me. From what I've seen for the past couple months this is an excellent company to work with that provides everything everything I was looking for at a rather reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Tech support is quick and knowledgeable. Haven't had any issues with uptime.
