So far so good! Got the server going and the guy sat with me for roughly an hour helping me get the basics down. So far, they have been extremely helpful! As of this moment, I recommend them for sure.

I bought my first game server from ServerBlend today and it was a quick and painless effort to get the server up and running. The Server Blend staff answered very quickly on my support tickets and offered clear and detailed advice on how to configure the server conform to my requests.

ServerBlend's customer service/tech support is off the charts excellent. They are always quick to respond regardless of day or night. They are always patient when I have questions that may be considered as very simple or complex things that I need explained in laymen terms. Our server doesn't experience any outages and we pay a very fair price considering the services we receive.

I do not give 5 stars or 5/5 or 10/10 or whatever easily. Nor do I write reviews. But I have decided to make an exception for Serverblend and this is why... I have been renting an Ark server from Serverblend for 3 months now. The server is lightning fast and the customer support is the best I have ever seen. I have yet to see any server down time. At one moment I did noticed a little server lag. Apparently Serverblend noticed this as well and they moved my server to another node effectively removing the server lag. I didn't even have to open a ticket for it. Oh, but when you do open a ticket they reply fast and when I say fast I mean frikkin' fast. I am not talking about working days but I am talking about minutes. The 2 times I had to open a ticket I received a reply within 15 minutes from a customer support person. It is truly amazing. And they are not just fast in the response but they are very knowledgeable, friendly and help you solve your problem, either by showing you how to do it yourself or, if your really stuck, by doing it for you. I am really really impressed by Serverblend services and I think that, next to reliable servers, customer service is the most important thing a company must have, And they have both! So, 5 stars, 5/5, 10/10, 100/100 or whatever from me. I highly recommend Serverblend if you are looking to rent a server.

Their customer service is excellent and they made changing hosts effortless on my end. They did everything for me, and when it came time for me to upgrade to new hardware, they did everything for me again. It was all very effortless and went flawlessly on my end. Prices are reasonable, I have a relatively big cluster and they worked with me on the price. Would definitely recommend them. :)

Fantastic Space Engineers server hosts. They are very fast to respond to inquiries, they have an easy to use, intuitive server interface, and they have good tools for public server access and payment! Would definitely recommend them to literally anyone I know, I've had a blast with them <3

Well, what can I say. I've had a ark server for alittle over 2 months and so far I am very impressed with ServerBlend. The Server was set up remarkably quickly and adding and updating mods is a breeze with all the tools their TCAdmin manager gives you. but the best thing i can probably tell you abount is the stability and downtime which is zero, server runs as smooth as butter. a real pleasure to game on with me and my friends would 100% recomend ServerBlend if your looking for a server, i was abit hesitant at first as i'd never heard of the company but will certainly use them again if i need more than 1 server.
