Everything about serpAPI is great - an easy to use (for this academic) product, good support, and reasonable prices.

I am using SerpAPI for a Google Jobs API. Not only is it pretty much the only Jobs API on the market, it is very easy to implement. With simple URL params, you can query results and filter them too. I've only reached out to customer service a few times via live chat but both times I received a quick and thorough answer. Highly Recommend!

I develop products for blind people who are unable to use the keyboard, such as having no hands. I came across SerpApi this weekend. The documentation was extremely easy to understand and I was up and running in a few minutes. This will make it possible for our customer base to be able to more easily browse search engines using the human voice and listening to the output through synthetic speech. I had one question regarding localisation - obtaining results from a specific country. The support I received was not only complete and helpful, but it was provided within approximately 10 minutes of me asking for it. You cannot get better than that.

Aside from SerpApi delivering accurate SERP results for any keyword-location-device combination, it’s easy to use and they have a great support team. My first attempts at using the product were an integration into Google Sheets. Their support team helped me understand it doesn’t work the way I imagined. Then later, when my free credits expired and didn’t reset, they were super friendly and even issued a generous portion of extra credits to make up for my lost time/aggravation. I’m a solopreneur working in affiliate marketing. I need cheap, easy-to-use tools that provide me with real insights, but I also need great customer support because I don’t have a team around me to ask for help. The experiences with SerpApi so far have been much like experiences I’ve enjoyed with Datafeedr and Affilimate — a small, smart team dedicated to doing one thing very very well.

Really loved using the API. The developer experience is great and responsiveness of the webservice was on point! My goal was to obtain location data for a few thousand companies located in the US. I found that the only reliable way to get that data is to manually search for each company on Google. To avoid this tedious work, I managed to find Serpapi ! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for automatically getting quality data that can only be retrieved by manually using a search engine.
