Be very careful before ordering from S&L. Their shipping and delivery process has serious problems. We all know that many companies are having “supply chain” issues. Unfortunately, S&L gives reasonable ship/delivery estimates at the time of purchase and then JUST DOESN’T SHIP THE ITEMS. I’ve called twice about counter stools I ordered that didn’t even ship from the warehouse by the date I was told they would arrive at my house. They “escalated” the shipment after my call … three days later they still haven’t shipped. I called again today and they have “escalated” it yet again. And these are in stock items, supposedly. Throughout all of this S&L never contacted me to provide updates … in fact when I check my order status online it still cites an arrival date of three days ago. Don’t buy from them with ANY expectation of reasonable/accurate shipping times or ANY expectation of honest communication.

I placed and order 2 days ago. Was online looking at something else. My order is on sale. Called to ask for price adjustment. Was told they don’t do that! Will never buy from SERENA & LILLY AGAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service constantly disappoints, confused about orders and not helpful at resolving their own shipping and refund issues.

The customer service was always helpful, the chairs are nicely designed but that's all. They are not dining room table height and the seating area is cheaply woven and cheap material. They sag the first time you sit in them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who might be slightly larger in size. These chairs are also lightweight so they don't have good support. I'm sorry I can't recommend them.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a rug on May 24th that was in stock with an expected delivery date of June 6th. By June 12th, I had not heard anything in regards to shipping, delays, or updates in general. I had to reach out several times to be informed that the expected date of delivery was now July 6th…. After finally getting in touch with a manager and explaining my frustration and asking for accommodations, they replaced my order for an in stock item….. and the same exact thing happened. Why would I spend $1400 with a company that has such massive problems with direct communication? When I finally decided to cancel my order the only response was “cancellation confirmed”- this is beyond concerning. I highly suggest using other companies for products that are needed in a timely matter. Sooooo disappointing.

**AVOID** HORRENDOUS! Packaging was not adequate enough and my wallpaper arrived creased, plus there was some kind of coding printed on the wallpaper, all in all making it totally unusable. $700 wasted. AVOID AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID

I purchased two baskets for our nursery. They were very different colors from one another (one of them being an awful greenish tone). I emailed their customer service and received an automatic response that they would reply in 3-5 business days. Never heard back. Emailed again after a week. Never heard back. Awful customer service. So glad I didn't order anything else like our nursery furniture from them. I would have been very upset.

I can’t get through to customer service. I have emailed and called. Long music hold for 20 minutes. No answer. I was trying to order living room and dining room furniture. I need to know status of a delivery.
