I am more than satisfied with my purchases from Serena & Lily. Their products are high quality and timeless. They also pack each item incredibly well so everything arrives in perfect condition. If an item needs assembled upon arrival, they are very careful and do a great job. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Pretty store and professional, knowledgeable, fun women who went out of their way to assist. Their personalities made my quick pop-in fun.

In store is the way to go. The personalized attention and direction is like having your own designer, but without the fees.

Great quality in all items I had purchased. Fast shipping and was able to track my order very easily.

Great delivery in difficult weather. Snowstorm left a drift down our long driveway, and the delivery fellow came to our door shouldering a heavy parcel - and he was cheerful about it! It always helps that Serena and Lily keeps customers informed of delivery timelines. They are great at managing and exceeding expectations.

Serena and Lily is a quality company. Their products are a bit expensive, but you can be confident that you will have them for a very long time. Customer Service is excellent.
