Prompt, professional responses to a quote request and subsequent inquiries. Very easy to work with and the ductless fume hood I ordered does exactly what I want it to. One thumb screw was bent and immediately replaced after they followed up with me.

We purchased a downdraft table (SS-435-DDB-STAND-M) for our soils laboratory. It is used when the personnel is grinding soils and plant tissues and works very well. Sentry Air Systems has a great customer service (Thank you, John!)

Our research lab has two SS200MSP units. One of them needed a fan replacement after about 10 years. They both work well and we have not had any other problems .
