I have personally known Dmitriy for 19 years since 2005. I've had the privilege of building a close relationship with Dmitriy over the last two decades. He is a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of real estate investing topics. My company Marshall Reddick Real Estate has been a partner of Dmitriy and Sense Financial since inception in 2010. Him and his team have served thousands of our clients on tapping into their retirement accounts to self-direct and invest in rental property, private money loans, private investment funds, and other non-traditional investments through Marshall Reddick. He is also a very kind and patient person who has taken the time with many beginning and experienced investors to guide them through the journey. He is not hard to find on the internet as a spokesperson for Bigger Pockets and other forums where investors go to seek knowledge. He is extremely trustworthy, generous, and an all around great person. Highly, highly recommend Dmitriy and his team!
