Sense Financial Services LLCReviews of sensefinancial.com

Dmitry and his team are very professional and responsive.I highly recommended them to anybody looking for a better way to manage their retirement plan, they are the right choice.

I used the client portal in search of information on setting up a Roth account with my existing Solo 401k. I used the chat feature that popped up and shortly got a call from Dmitriy himself! He immediately identified my problem and not only suggested a perfect solution but sent me all the links and introductions needed to get me set up quickly and easily. Fabulous customer support. And what a wonderful website packed full of easily accessible information and knowledge. Thanks you, Sense Financial and team. Specific thanks to Dmiteiy and Mina.

It was such a pleasure to have accomplished an item on my To Do list in a very short time. I called Sense Financial, left a voicemail, and in a very quick 2-3 minutes, my call was returned. Additionally, I requested for a call from the president of the company to answer my questions. Not only did he return my call, he also answered my questions clearly. He explained where necessary and guided me on where to get additional information, if needed.

Responce Your team responded promptly and provided clear accurate direction and advice.

I used the services of Sense Financial for the first time around 2009. They were extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the document preparation for my self-directed IRA. They spent a lot of time explaining the benefits and procedures associated with a self-directed IRA. The process went flawlessly. They have continued to review and monitor my account throughout the years. They periodically offered suggestions. For example, about 2 years ago they discovered how I could save hundreds of dollars per year on IRA custodian fees. They advised me of the situation and guided me through the process for switching to another custodian that charges much lower fees. I continue to be pleased with Sense Financial. I recommend their services.

Dealing with IRS forms and regulatory compliance is daunting and frustrating. Dmitriy is always responsive to questions. Also, Minna went the extra mile and caught some mistakes and was very patient in helping me get everything straightened out. I have found it is easy to get a live person on the phone, even better that the person is knowledgeable and capable!

Sense Financial, and Demitri in particular, has always come through for me. The Solo 401K he set up for me is exactly what I needed. And when I have a question he always gets back to me promptly. --Dr. Eliot Rosen
