EXCELLENT!
Working with this company was wonderful! Their merchandise looked beautiful on- line, but I did check them out on TrustPilot b4 purchasing anything and they had excellent ratings! I placed an order, and they were in contact w me every step of the way via text, which made me feel reassured. I received the bag I ordered, and it was beautiful! Unfortunately, the color was not the one I'd chosen. They replaced it in a very timely manner and sent me a photo of it b4 sending to make certain it was correct! Received quickly and it is beautiful. There are less expensive duplicates to be found on the net, but this was much higher quality for a slightly higher price! Definitely worth it! I love my bag!!!!

What a great experience I had. Celine went above and beyond to help with a solution to a issue I had with my order. She offered different options, sent pictures of items and was in contact with me. Also a follow up once my order was delivered.
