Beware! Straight to the Ombudsman
Beware! I used them to buy crypto for £397.63. The transaction failed on the 8th July. Today it is the 19th July, more than 5 business days have passed and after contacting them 3 times, when one gets through because their Bot is a joke, they still have not reversed my payment and kept my money. They should be reported to the Ombudsman for violation of financial conduct. This company is a joke! They have my money and they will not return it!!!!!
