The make you pay then verify your payment with a code on your bank statement which they don't send!! Then they cancel the verification after 5 mins so you cant possibly put it in if you did find it. Do NOT buy threw them. Its literally the biggest failure of a system I have ever seen. Gonna have to call my bank and get them to get my money back for me. SOOOOO Ridiculous!

I did not get what I bought, money's lost. Nearly 2 hours have passed and support is ignoring me. Really awful service, worked like 2 times before though, few weeks back, but I'm certainly not touching this ever again.

Filled all the required info, then they told me to check my bank statement for "6 digits" and the statement only had 1 digit. They charged me the money and I did not receive a single ETH, nor was my transaction authorized. Do not give your money to them.

I had a terrible first experience with Wyre. After asking for a 6 digit number on my statement, I took longer than the 60 seconds allowed and the authorization could not happen. As a reward Wyre took the entire transaction from my account and kept the funds. I now how no ETH and a bill to pay to my credit card company. If the transaction cancels, why do they take the funds. Why?

just tried to buy some Ethereum, I put all correct info in, it sent a 6 digit code to my phone and then wanted a 6 digit code from bank statement. I logged into my bank account and didn't see any code, so I called my bank and they had the number, by the time I went to input number the authorization canceled out..... Now I have no Ethereum and I am out 523.79 CA dollars. Please fix this My bank statement only looked like this. Aug 24, 2020 WYRE-BUY-1 523.79_V Just called my bank to dispute it, which is going to take 55 days and I will hopefully get refunded..... There is no absolute way to contact sendwyre, there phones lines are dead, email support hasnt responded..... As my first time using metamask and sendwyre for crypto buying, Id give them MINUS 10 stars, horrible experience
